Continuing with Children's Emergency Food Vouchers

All of us at Children's Humanitarian Services wish you and your families the best as we overcome this Covid-19 pandemic. As many of you know we started our Children's Emergency Food Vouchers program in January, which provides food vouchers to families of children that are in need. Our focus remains the same as we continue to raise money and bring awareness of the need. With 1 out of 7 children suffering from food insecurities, the need is large and now more than ever the most vulnerable people in our communities need us more than ever. With school closures, job disruptions, and health risks, many more Americans will be turning to agencies for much need support.

Our team is practicing social distancing and working from home, we are continuing to call upon some of our supporters and in the process it gives us a chance to check in on some of those that are most vulnerable and ask if they need anything? Young or older we are all in this together and if we are always looking for ways to help. Children will always be our main focus, however we can always find ways to provide a food gift card to anyone in need.
