Let Us Not Let Children Be Caught In The Middle

Despite data that shows less of the national population needed SNAP the federal government finds it necessary to cut funding affecting hundreds of thousands of families that depend upon the help so that they may spend money keeping them from falling further into poverty. There is also a projected impact of 500,000 children not able to receive lunch at school. This issue is a concern to Children's Humanitarian Services as the organization devotes time to raise money so that no child has to go without lunch at school for any reason.
